Here's a couple of things that I found work the BEST! Always, alllways do something that you're loving to do. Don't give the S.O.B one tear, just me, nothing comes from it but more pain. Hang out with your friends, buy yourself nice new things, put on your favorite, hottest outfits and go out and hit the clubs or coffee shops, looovvve the looks you get from everyone else, it makes these things much easier. Think about all of his 'wrong' rather than all of his 'right', don't hold onto any mushy gooshy stuff, any time that you might see it, it'll bring back things you don't want. Forget his voice, face, smell and touch, though I know how amazingly hard this can be... Once it's gone, it's soo much easier from there... Talk to your friends and tell them how much fun and support you could use right now... If you're lying down or such and thoughts of him pour into your mind, don't sit and let it happen, call up and friend and remove his memory at once! I hope these help you!

Find positive things to do, get a hobby, go back to school and spend time with friends. If you follow these instructions ad add the element of time, things will get better. The success or failure of your next relationship hinges on how well you heal in regards to the last guy. The women I have met in their 30's and 40's haven't put it behind them so I break it off before it becomes a relationship. My time is too short to play psychologist. I know that's blunt. I guess what I'm saying is "Get Over It"!

no, you don't. You don't just simply go out and find a guy. It takes time. Find your friends, go to a club and dance that stuff off of you. I don't know how long you guys went out, but it'll take time. The longer you guys were together, the longer. In some cases , people never get over them.
Realize that you will get through this, and that you don't NEED anyone to be happy. All you need is yourself. Life is to f-ing short to be filled with bitterness and sadness. Give yourself time to reflect on it, at max 10 min if you need it, and then don't think about it. DON't think about it after that. He's only one person in this whole world. Good luck!

The best way to get over one man is to get under another. Seriously, it works. It gets rid of that little voice telling you "he's the only one that can ever make you happy" and shows you how sexy and desirable you really are! But don't be a hoe. It's a fine line.

There are many ways. But the easiest i can think of is by asking him to lie down. That way its easy to climb on top of him. Kinda hard getting over a man when he's sitting or standing up.

Get busy. Take up a new hobby, exercise, try something you've never tried before. Get out there and meet new people, you'll have a better chance of finding a new, better guy! Guys will come and go- but I'm sure you are a great person, so don't let one loser bring you down!!

Although it hurts deeply give time to grieve, then try and get out with friends, listen to some songs that make you feel better. don't think about what he's doing or try to find out what he's doing, it won't help you sometimes not knowing can be a blessing in a break up, if you try to see the other it will only hurt the one who looks.

first, open up a notebook and write down all of the things that you can do now that you're single: start a new hobby, have more time for yourself, etc.
then, go out and do something that you haven't done for a while or have never done. call up a girlfriend or two to join you or make new friends when you get there. there's tons of fun to be had without that ex-boyf. a whole lifetime of it.

Hang around with your friends, have a laugh and start to do things different than when you was with him.. Enjoy that bit of freedom that you have and i'm sure you'll find someone else without trying. If you really liked him alot, will take time, but it'll get easier.. Trust me, the pain will simmer!!
