I've checked Safeway and Saveon. No luck so far.

When I was a chef and worked there I would go to Woodwords, but as they are not longer in business, check out a spice store, in downtown, you might be able to find one in the Chinese section over around 96-99th St, here in Ontario we have a bulk food company and I get mine there.

If you have and of the A&P chain out there they have a grinder from McCormicks, I have not been to Edmonton in over 20 years I worked at the Chefs Table on 111th Av and the old Chateau Lacombe on 101st St, the best thing to do is check the local yellow pages for spice store, a West Indian store will have it to, I know there are most West Indian people in Edmonton now than when I was there in the 1980's

107 Ave & 108 street, there's a somalian store where you can find that

if it's not there you probably have to go to a larger town to a specialty mart.
