Every Christian is under attack by Satan and his "fiery darts" He wants to knock you off balance as he is smart enough to know that it will hinder your Christian service. Whilst he knows he can't rob you of your salvation, he knows he can rob you of the JOY of your salvation. Ephesian 4:30 clearly spells out that when you believed in Jesus you were "sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption" No one can pluck you out of the Savior's hand, not even you. You need not worry as this type of thing is common to many believers and they do battle with Satan on a daily basis. He loves to have Christians believe that they have committed the unpardonable sin. This is one of his favorites! No one can commit the unpardonable sin in this day and age as the circumstances simply don't exist any more. We all experience "thought" problems and guess who's behind it all? Your right the first time! Satan of course. Relax and just keep walking and trust the Lord as he knows all too well what you are going through and He doesn't hold you responsible for what is happening. If I can be of any further assistance, you may email me. God Bless

First of all Patrick ..............Cool down and relax.....You're ranting

Now just think about it, I got nothing from your profile as this is your very first question, so I'll take a leap into the deep end and
presume you're honest about this and probably young and confused.
I also want to make quite clear I'm an atheist, if that scares you then stop reading !.
Unlike some of my fellow atheists, I find no pleasure or gratification in a confused person who lost his faith or his "God" . I may not believe, but I do believe that any ship that loses it's anchor should be brought back to any port before the storm breaks.
A doubt about the meaning and intentions of God, is a very
natural thing, it has happened to many....... including some who were considered Saints later on.
Doubt and uncertainty do not mean " You will go to Hell "!.
That is a dreadful thing to say or think ( and if somebody tells
you so, Ignore them ! ) they have no right to judge you right
now, nor can they ever in the future.( where Hell is concerned)
There are many ways that lead to God...... and it's very difficult
to say with certainty who is right in these matters.
But always remember.....You have done nothing really wrong
so far, what you are searching for is your personal relationship with what you see as God.
And that is a very good thing !!, because that is the way it was
supposed to be, you will be judged on what you do personally
(not on following a proscribed path, or sheepishly following what others tell you to do ).
An Atheist like me will judge you on your compassion, empathy, openness and non - judgemental attitude to others
Basically I will judge you as a human being, and the mere fact
you are thinking about a few religious facts enhances you in my view. And probably God will smile upon that too.
You're not going crazy !!, just go on worshiping God as you
would prefer him to be, as a kind, benevolent, forgiving, and
understanding being. You can't go far wrong in that !.
So I wish you the best in your spiritual struggle, but I do advise you to keep it to yourself for a while, unless you know
someone to talk to who'll take a wide view on religion and won't judge you immediately as a wrongdoer (which you aren't ).
Just in case you're wondering why an atheist would give you an advice like that, I believe my stance is a well reasoned,
well thought out position that developed over the years.
There is no merit in talking a confused person into my point
of view, I may well uproot him from his community, estrange
him from his family and friends, and by doing that I may do
what is logically right to me, but morally despicable towards you.
There's no use in an attitude like that, so for now I urge you to
stick with what you know and feel safe and familiar with.
And don't throw it all away as Dross ...And Nonsense...until
you really thought all of it trough.( Take your Time )

One favor I will ask, whenever Atheist are discussed in the future, will you please explain to people that we do have morals, responsibility, and spirituality ......Thanks.
I wish you strength my friend....you'll need it !

There is only one sin that is unforgiveable. That is final dispair. God gave us free will that enables us to violate the commandments and do whatever we wish for as long as we can. Heaven cannot be earned by anyone. It is a gift. The only thing that really counts is what you decide at the very last moment of your life. God is so good that He will offer you the gift of heaven at that last moment regardless of how you lived. All He asks is that you say you are sorry. Even if you cannot really mean it as such, He will accept it even if the only reason you are sorry is because you do not want to go hell. That belief is faith in itself. Some folks, OUT OF PRIDE, refuse to accept this GIFT because they feel they are unworthy and that that should have earned it. That is what is known as DISPAIR born out of pride. However, THE WAY WE LIVE NOW CAN GREATLY INFLUENCE OUR DECISION AT THAT TIME. Even suicide is forgiveable if one finds he can say he is sorry at the very very last second.

attending to heaven isn't desperate via how many times you pass to church or how many times you examine your bible, despite the fact that, you would be much less uncertain approximately the place your eternal destiny would be in case you probably did the two those issues in many situations. analyzing God's be conscious and assembly in many situations with like-minded people and listening to the preacher provide you God's message will all help you to understand what being a Christian extremely potential. in case you have extremely been saved (and that doesn't in basic terms entail going forward as quickly as on your lifetime while somebody made an emotional attraction) then you certainly will understand that your salvation is actual. A saved man or woman does not pass to hell. in the event that they did what do you think of the extremely be conscious saved potential? What are you saved from in case you think of you will nevertheless pass to hell? you haven't any longer thought this out o.k. so I propose you initiate praying and asking God to help you make sparkling a area or 2 and then make it a typical appointment with Him.

First of all you are concerned about it. That shows you are not hard hearted toward God. It depends on the way your heart was when you sked this if it was a sin or not. But it is not blasphemy just to ask why.

We are human and we question everything. The answer is in the Bible. All answers are in the Bible. Often we need the mind of God to unlock these mysterys. Some things can not be answered at this time.

I don't believe that you have committed blasphemy at all. It is not wrong to question. It is wrong to twist and lie about the scriptures. It is not a sin to wonder why. Study the Bbile to find out why. I have spent many years studying the Bible asking what or why on every topic. This is how we learn.

As long as you know who God is. And you are not trying to disprove him or trying to come up with another gospel or doctrine you are fine. Search the scriptures and ask the Lord to show you "WHY".

As far as you "freaking out" this is caused by Satan to decieve you and to get your mind of Jesus and to torment you. Satan is an accuser of the brethren.

Revelation 12:10
And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now is come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is cast down, which accused them before our God day and night.

The answer to you question you asked:
God's great love to give us a choice to follow him and to be joint heirs with Jesus Christ. God was looking for those to worship him and love him with out knowing the peace and comfort of heaven. Satan fell and took 1/3 of the angels with him. He was cast to the Earth.
We have a choice to follow Jesus or not. If we choose him we will recieve a great reward. We are the envy of angels. God has given us his love, power and spirit and the kingdom. Angels are the servants.

1 Peter 1:12
Unto whom it was revealed, that not unto themselves, but unto us they did minister the things, which are now reported unto you by them that have preached the gospel unto you with the Holy Ghost sent down from heaven; which things the angels desire to look into.

Depends on how literally you take the text of the Bible. If you take it as given, then yep you're pretty much screwed. Sorry buddy, but you're not supposed to doubt God, not even in your thoughts. Give Lucifer my regards will'ya?

However, that seems like a pretty stupid thing to me to go to hell for. I'm pretty sure God would forgive you if you asked him, the whole reasoning behind free will is so people can choose to worship him, so it'd make sense that we're allowed to doubt him, right?

your instincts are right...listen to them. The idea of god is imperfect, there is no hell. leave your fantasies behind and live your life to the fullest.

Remember these words: GRACE and FORGIVENESS. You aren't going to hell. Accept grace and get on with your life. You are forgiven, so stop feeling guilty. It isn't healthy.
