Milk, do you drink it? Why or why not?

Ok, just a couple of simple questions for all of you.
Milk, Do you drink it why or why not? Also, why does human kind drink milk from an animal? I know that this question sounds silly, but I really want to know why? Who started the idea that human can drink milk from an animal?

well i used to drink a lot but now not as much as i used to but milk is good and healthy... but yeah question is silly and well i don't think anyone actually knows.... its like asking why do we eat eggs from hens? but yeah its weird lol

Yes, I drink milk, almost every day. I usually drink white milk, occasionally chocolate milk, strawberry milk. I only drink cow's milk. I have tried goat's milk, did not care for it. I have not had opportunity to try other kinds.

It may be lost in history when some things were discovered or invented by whom. We are carniverous creatures, made that way in the image of our creator. We may choose to only consume vegetables or artificail foods, or indulge in the flesh of animals.

Humans found out by experimentation what was edible, taste good, appeared nutricious, then science figured out how much of what we believed was really true

Within our civilization, there are no laws that we may not do so, because the majority of voters want it that way. There are various efforts to ban some products deemed not good for our health.

Within various religions, some foods are banned.
No fish on fridays.
No pork ever
No alcohol ever

I don't know the rationale why various religions came up with these rules, but basically they go back to the founding of those religions

No I don't drink milk but I use it in cooking and in cereal. We drink milk from animals because we are animals! Cow's milk is the closest and easiest to get to human milk. I don't drink the milk because I hate how it is thick and makes me feel like I have mucus in my mouth. My kids love it and drink a lot of it...my hubby likes it too!

I LOVE milk. I drink it all the time. I also eat lots of dairy, cheese, cottage cheese, yogurt, you name it. I grew up on a farm and we had our own cow, so milk was plentiful. I don't know who first came up with the idea of drinking milk from animals, but it was probably someone with an orphaned baby to nurse. (Just my guess.) As for why, milk is a good food source and fairly easy to maintain if you space out the breeding of your milk animals.

Yuck i hate milk, i cant drink it! And then u brought up the fact that it comes from an animal. Most people dont think about that because it's so normal to drink it all the time, but that is disgusting to think of that!!

I only drink strawberry milk. Personally I don't like regular milk. I have no idea who started that. Good question though.

Yeah, I drink milk, when I eat it with fruit loops and apple jacks. Then eating a hostess ho-ho, and ding-dong. Drinking milk is good.
