Hmm...good question.
I'd say its easier to believe in G-d than in a concept such as "Human Morality"...because so far, it hasn't been demonstrated or proven to exist.

Nope.
The OT is full of immoral law, read Numbers 5 as an example of immoral behavior imposed by the Abrahamic God.
Even the religious in educated societies choose to ignore it.
It is the undereducated societies that have the biggest problem with immoral religious doctrine taken seriously.

No because most of us have an inbuilt conscience which tells us that it is wrong to go around murdering people and that wouldn't change
