I have the rollers for paint, can I apply primer to the drywall in an even coat like paint? then, how many hours till i can paint?

You might want to ask at the paint counter which roller is best for new drywall.

AND you might have to put on two coats of primer, then two or even 3 finish coats.

If its the bathroom, kitchen or an area where water and/or high humidity exist, I would definitely ask what kind of drywall, type of roller, kind of primer and the number of coats - primer and finish.

Yes. Use the proper nap roller. Drying time depends on the type primer (oil/waterbased) and the temperature and humidity in the house. Check the primer container for advice.

yes you can roll your primer.as far as to the time to recoat that has a lot to do with the type primer you use if it is water base probably 3 to 4 hours if oil more like 24 to 48 depending on the temp in the room.

yes use a product called kills primer roll on just like paint

Yes, but just ask for the right type of roller, when you go to buy it. There are different types of rollers even for different types of paint.
