No, when you are over you are over, they also base the figures on the different amounts of alcohol for each reading this can show if the amount of alcohol being processed by the body is going up or down, the body 'holds' alcohol before it is processed by the liver so if you sunk 5 vodkas it the levels in your body would increase as it is processed, but at the other end the units decrease as it is removed from the body...either way he is screwed

Hopefully there's a good chance he wont, and he'll get a massive fine and have his licence taken away.
My mum's best friend was killed by a drunk driver on her honeymoon and left her little boy motherless, so as you can see i have no sympathy for drink drivers at all.
