I felt compelled to anser this question. Yes, I am also an atheist. Well if you're anything like me, you could find your spirituality from science. It's simple really, have you ever sat down to think about the amazing coincidence that you're alive? I mean really really think about it, the chances are sooo low, that they might as well be zero. This to me is amazing. Have you though about how vast the universe is? Billions and BILLIONS of light years huge! we are nothing but a speck! Have you ever though about infinity? Is there an edge to the universe? Or does it go on for ever? What is outside of the universe? The point I am trying to get across is that we are insignificant. We as humans feel we need a spirituality, a something to believe in. That's where all this bullshit of religion comes from. A need to explain the unexplainable, just like greek mythology. But the truth of the matter is, we don't understand anything. We know even less than we think. There doesn't HAVE to be an immediate answer to anything. There doesn't HAVE to be anything at all. Everything is a huge unexplainable mess. But we exist. Wow. Life exists. Can you believe it? I hope I made some sense haha. Good luck with your search :]

If you have a Trader Joe's near you I would say Black Mountain. I'ts 6 bucks. If you don't have a TJ's, then I say Pepperwood Grove, twin fin, fetzer, Meridian- are all drinkable and well under 15 bucks. I would stay away from Franzia but there is a brand called black box that isn't horrible.

Duplin, I am from NC and it is made here. Not sure if you can get it in bama. But I buy it in the grocery store. I like the Bald Head Red the best. Pretty cheap here. Arbor Mist gives me a headache.

Dr. Loosens Riesling runs at about $11. per bottle. As far as the cheaper wines go, this one gets an A+ from me.

Since I come from a family of winemakers, I think I have a good palet....anyways I had a glass of a house Pinot Noir at this small restaurant and I fell in love with it. It is fruity and light....
