What kind of details should I put on the card? I have my name, website, email, and title....But I don't know what else I should have on there. I might add my phone number, but I'm not sure about it yet.

If you are going to be "in business," the telephone number is essential. Someone who needs a photographer "right NOW!" is not going to sit around waiting for an email response. They will simply call and do business with someone else.

If you are afraid to give out your phone number, I'd have to wonder what level of professionalism I can expect. In other words, from your question, it appears you would not even be willing to pay for a business line and don't wish to have your personal number out there. This screams "AMATEUR!" almost as loud as printing that on your card. Even if you only intend to pursue this business on a very limited, part-time basis, you MUST appear to be as seriously professional as any other photographer's business.

Photography is one of those, rare, businesses where the owner can insist on not inviting trade to "drop in." I wouldn't want to let people into my studio or office, interrupting my work. I don't include my address on the card. I am quite happy to consult over the phone, or take my portfolio and go to my client's location. However, I do want my clients to reach me when needed. Even if it is just to leave a voice mail. I can return these calls the moment I can.

Well, if you want some business you're going to have to put your number on there, unless you'll be changing it soon, in which case you could get away with leaving it off.

Mine have my business name in the middle/center, "Seniors Children, Families" in the bottom left corner, my number in the bottom right, my name on the top right with "Photographer" under that, and my email in the top left.

I didn't have room for my website, so I went through and wrote the address on the back of every card by hand.

Hope this helps!
