Photo touch up?

Anyone use a photo touch up service?
I googled them. And they all seem sketchy on prices.
Anyone use a good one?

i use picassa, a program free downloaded fron google
in my town does not exist a photo touch up service

Easiest and cheapest way is to ask around your school if there are any photoshop classes and ask if someone to will help you.
