I would think peanut birittle would be great chopped into small chunks then stirred into a chocolate cake batter. Be sure to use parchment paper to line your greased/floured pans so you can get the cake out once the brittle melts and re-hardens!

Make your average, run of the mill chocolate cake / chocolate frosting cake. crush up the left over brittle sprinkle all over cake. that sounds like yum!!!
