Well just now I saw that I had semi-sweetened dark chocolate chips

It's tricky subbing dry cocoa for liquid, melted unsweetened chocolate.

"A one-ounce square of unsweetened baking chocolate equals 3 tablespoons of cocoa plus 1 tablespoon vegetable shortening or oil. Do not use butter or margarine. This is also the substitution for 1 one-ounce envelope of pre-melted unsweetened chocolate."

I wouldn't use the chips, it won't taste right. Go to Hershey's web site, they have an awesome fudge brownie recipe using cocoa powder!

It just makes more chocolaty goodness =)
