I can not tall you how many calories you have had because I have to ask many question as someone noted before.

Our bodies require a certain amount of energy just to maintain what we currently have. Most of the people want to reduce calories intake. It is important to know proper way how to reduce calories and stay healthy.
You can reduce calories intake by any of these three:

1. A reduction in energy intake through eating
2. An increase in energy expenditure by increasing activity
3. A combination of the both (ideal)

The link in the source section has a detail list of calories in food. This might help you to determine amount of calories that you eat.

Many things can factor this so you cant really get a good answer from someone here. Try to back track and look at packaging or internet information for your portions if you are able to. I believe the nutritional facts are based on a 2,000 calorie diet which is a good amount to consume. Dont worry about the calories you eat but what you eat and if you really want to drop weight nothing beats exercise.

We have no idea how much a "plate" of spaghetti is. And we don't know what any of this food was cooked in.

For example, what was on the sandwich? How big was the slice of bread? What kind of bread? How much meat (ounces) was on the sandwich?

How big was the slice of pizza? What toppings? How greasy was it? Thin crust or thick crust?

How many ounces of spaghetti? What about sauce? Any oil? Any butter? Any meatballs or sausage? Any cheese?

What was the piece of fried chicken? Thigh? Breast? Leg? Wing? Fried in what? Did you eat the skin as well?

How many fries on that plate? Baked fries or deep fried?

How much coke (in ounces)?

As for calories, always eat at LEAST 1,200 calories per day. You want a healthy, balanced diet of lean protein, whole grains, fruits & vegetables. Limit fatty foods and foods/drinks with absolutely no nutritional value (those sodas for example).
