Mediate, read and learn to breathe properly. So many of us know how to breathe to survive but very few of us know how to breathe to thrive. There is a lot more to breathing than just blowing in and out.

I do this every week because it keeps me sane. I used to think it was stupid until a friend of mine made me do it. =-)

Every Sunday night I draw a warm bubble bath with everything lavender and eucalyptus (soap, salts, oils . . ) I turn on a white candle and lay in the dark with only the candle's light.

I turn off my cell phone. A MUST!!!

I just lay there and leave my mind blank asking the Universe's energy to cleanse my body and spirit from the negative energy I may have a accumulated during the week.

I concentrate on the candles flame and stay in the tub 'till I get pruny.

I let the water drain and take a shower then give myself a massage with some almond cream and go to sleep.

It helps me a lot!!!!

I start Mondays feeling great!!!!

It's like my own personal ritual.

Try it! Just give it ur pesonal touch. =-)

That is a good question since relaxation is the key to happiness according to top psychologists. See site below on how to be super-relaxed so you can feel perfect peace.

Relax? What is that?
When I try to relax, I listen to mellow music such as mediatation & relaxation. Sit or lay in a comfortable position, close my eyes and visualize calming or happy things.
Then I usually fall asleep. (that type of music also helps put my 4 year old daughter asleep too!!!!)
