I agree with what you did. Employers that hire illegals generally do crap work anyway. My relatives in AZ. complain constantly about that. Americans should work before anyone else is allowed to.

Good man! We need more like you. Because he was a cheap and worthless individual who thought he could get over on the government by paying less then the government allows. And he was willing to break the law to do it. You can be sure he was not paying those illegals minimum wage. That was why he hired them...cheap labor. They will work long hours for barely any money. They don't pay taxes, so they are stealing from the american people.
If more people like you stood up and did this we would chase this menace of illegals back down to their country and out of ours simply because they would have no where to live and no work here. REPORT THEM and they will leave. Eventually they will have no choice if they can find no work and no where to live. If they would have to live in fear here, they would not want to. They would leave.
Let employers know that you will report them if you suspect they are hiring illegals. And they will not employ them! It will become too much of a risk.
If each of us do our duty we can rid our country of blight!
I have no patience with law breakers, they are criminals period. They get what they deserve when caught and brought to justice.
Blessings to you,
Aviana

People face the consequences of their actions for whatever they do in life. We live in a world or law and order, rules, and regulations. If you don't like it, go live on a deserted island somewhere. Otherwise, DEAL with it.
If people commit those crimes you listed, if arrested, those breaking them also face the consequences of their actions. It's NOT a crime to remove a mattress label. http://encarta.msn.com/encnet/Features/Columns/?article=mattress_tags
You don't have a very mature attitude either by calling people "snitches" for reporting criminal activity. If your neighbor's car is getting broken into, are you going to call the police or are you afraid of being labeled a "snitch"?? Grow up!!
IT IS a crime for an employer to hire illegal aliens. It is NOT a civil infraction. The poster CLEARLY stated he reported the employer. If the illegal aliens got deported as a result, oh well!! If it's a crime for employers to hire illegal aliens, it's a crime to work in this country as an illegal alien as well.
Lastly but definitely not leastly, our country IS our business.

You did the right and patriotic thing. GOOD FOR YOU.
I will tell you the exact reason employers don't hire people who have the right to work legally in the U.S. The reason is that the employers don't have any more respect for immigration laws than Mr. Bush. They are crooked, cheap, and criminal. A CEO don't care how they make a penny. All they care about is maximizing their profits off the backs of legals and illegals and covering Mr. Bush's back. He's a industrial ho.

Good job on putting AMERICA first! That is your duty. The person who hired them is just as guilty of breaking the laws as the illegal aliens.
Thank you, from another Veteran.

You did the right thing. We need to have more people like you turn employers in that use Illegals to do their work. They hire these people because it's cheaper for them. Most of the time, they are paid by cash which means the employer doesn't have to pay employee taxes and many times the money illegals make is sent back to their family in the country they came from. That leaves us, the citizens of this country to make up the difference.

The employer is only required to take very simple steps to "verify" elegibility to work in the US. This only means that they ensure the potential employee have a social security card for the most part.
Employers know that the actual odds of being caught hiring illegals and facing criminal charges are slim.
If there were real enforcement taking place, much of California and Nevada employers would be facing jail time right now.

To report an Illegal or not to report.
That is the Question.
And the answer is hell yes, a Job well done.
Any American who believes that illegals are not a drain on our country are fooling themselves.
Anyone who thinks they only do jobs Americans won't do are the fools themselves.
Maybe CNN should air the interview with the guy who was not only illegal but was the manager of a restaurant. I am sure there were no American citizens or legal immigrants who would take that job.
Wake up America, we have a constitution that can be changed with the times, and the times changed on 9-11-01.

good for you, hey if they can play the game so can we. they think this is a game and well say, adios. this gringa is fed up with the illegals and their entitlement to be here. they broke the law so therefore they have to pay the consequences and shame on the employer too. they are the ones to blame, more so than the illegals. if no one hired them they wouldnt be here now. maybe when they are taken back to their country they can protest their with American flags.

I applaud the effort to rid our nation of undesireables. I do think the employers deserve a stiff penalty, too!
