Before you commit to something as important as a wedding dress, you should read the terms and conditions of the purchase you're about to make. If it says no refunds, that's too bad for you.
I don't understand why girls will buy their wedding dress and then keep looking for other dresses. Love the one you're buying and don't spend another minute looking at other dresses!
Try to see it from the store point of view, too. Here they made this great sale, sold you a beautiful dress, everyone's happy, and now you want to get your money back. All the time they spent helping you, the time your dress was off the rack and no one else could buy it, those are all reasons why stores have policies like yours does.
The only thing you might be able to do is go back to the store and tell them you saw the package deal elsewhere, and nicely ask them if there's anything they can do for you pricewise.

What I would do is mention to the owner that the dress is selling $200 cheaper in another place (mentioning the place) and that you can prove it, and they throw hair and makeup free, and maybe maybe they will reduce the full price by $200. Try it what can you lose, but to get your deposit back, I doubt it, because they state that there are no refunds or exchanges.

Legally, ethically, etc, you are bound to stay with your original purchase.
It is not the shop keeper's fault that you didn't check more shops before making your purchase decision.
You can, of course, also purchase the dress with makeup and hair from the second shop but I doubt you're going to get your down payment back from the first shop so financially it probably won't be worth it.
You could hint that you found the same dress for $200 less at another shop, but I doubt that will do any good.

If you cancel you will lose $200 therefore you will not be saving anything. Remember you get what you pay for. A hair do and make up? Pay extra for the hair cut and make up cause when it comes with the dress it is a bargain and I have seen some so called bargains.

You should have shopped around first.
Now you have to decided if the $200 savings plus the make up & hair are worth losing your deposit over. You didn't tell us how much you put down, so we have no way of knowing what you should do.

Tell them. Maybe they will match the price. When you put down a deposit, they are ordering the dress for you. They can't cancel or send it back.

i think of that's somewhat tremendously. purely on account that's marketed as a promenade/pagent gown does not recommend that's the only time it must be worn. I wore a protracted white gown of the rack and so did 2 of my sisters. We stored an incredible variety of money what replaced into greater ideal spent on different issues.

Sometimes the material also has an unbecoming bluish cast. Diamond white, which is a little creamier, is the most popular choice and looks great with most complexions. Light ivory is also fairly universally flattering. If you’re pale, medium to dark ivory can provide a nice contrast that will help brighten up the skin. Always try on dresses in a few different shades to determine what looks best on you. A civil wedding is a ceremony presided over by a local civil authority, such as an elected or appointed judge, Justice of the Peace or the mayor of a locality. Civil wedding ceremonies may use references to God or a deity , but generally no references to a particular religion or denomination. They can be either elaborate or simple. Many civil wedding ceremonies take place in local town or city halls or courthouses in judges' chambers.

See if you can get a store credit to use at a later date for something else.
