Well... since we're in the mother ******* desert, and he probably knows how to survive in one (seeing as how he's lived in desert climates for decades) I'd take advantage of his aid (lets assume it is freely given) then depending on where we end up, I'd either turn him in if there were people around... wait a minute... this is a stupid question.

Without question, I would kill him without any remorse or guilt. The man is an animal, and should be removed from the gene pool.
Capture is not an option. I want him dead, before some fancy U.S. lawyer/traitor gets involved and tries to portray him as a troubled man with a troubled childhood to get him out of the death penalty.

Knock him out... Secure his hands and feet to something so he wouldnt be able to move much... Then slowly cut open his abdomen and pull out his intestines... Every time he starts to pass out from the pain, id give him electro-shock therapy to keep him awake.... And id wait there until vultures started eating him alive... And every time he screams in pain, id either do the whole "controversial" water-boarding technique, or id pour pork blood into his mouth...
Then when he's finally dead, I would drag his body to the Al Jazeera news station, and string him up outside for the entire world to witness....

I would kill him, if it seemed to difficult to carry his entire body out of the desert then I would just return with the head (and beard regardless what color it was on that day).

I would inform him that he is responsible for the death of my cousin in the WTC on 9/11 and if I could contact US Forces, I would do so and hold him until they arrived. If I was unable to do contact anyone, I would fight until one of us was dead. An eye for an eye.

I'd put a full nelson on him, and patiently drag his azz to the nearest U.S. military depot. Or, if no one was nearby, I'd do my best to kill him. There is a multi-million dollar bounty on him, ya know.
