1) CAP'N CRUNCH with Crunch Berries (even though they tear up the roof of my mouth),
2) SUGAR SMACKS, and
3) ALPHABITS (with sugar) when I can find them.

I agree with the crunch berries! My friend and I were talking the about it the other day, which cereals cut your mouth up the most and Cap'N Crunch wins! But I still live them. I also eat Lucky Charms once in awhile. But mostly I stick to healthy cereal.
