The facts are those two authors are full of (you know what).
The fiction is the story itself.

The left behind series is a story about Revelations. The scriptures and how they portray them is true. The story line is just as they said fiction. Look up the scriptures in the books and see what you think. Its up to you to find out what you think about the left behind series.

Its all fiction. No one will know when, who, what, or how about the end times. Dont take it as truth. Dont think that if you live through the rapture you will be saved. Dont hope that you can get saved after the rapture. Take care of all that before the rapture (like NOW).
I think both authors will tell you it is a work of fiction based on what the believe from the books of Daniel and Revelations.

I have read the whole series and the fact from the fiction is that all the things that happened in the book is really going to happen. I do not believe personally that a person can get saved after the rapture, but that's my opinion. Alot of the things in there aren't going to happen. The antichrist is going to be a pope not just a person and the antichrist might not have a little helper like Leon Fortuanto. (That's his right hand man by the way.)I hope I helped you God Bless!

It's based on the Bible and the only evidence for the Bible is locations and civilizations. None of the miraculous events or extraordinary events have left any visible or tangible evidence. Given this, the series is fiction based on fiction.

The facts are that the author, Tim LaHaye, has said on Christian TV that the Left Behind approach (stories) stirs up and makes the Christians in the pews stronger believers vs omiting the stories and finding the pew renters less motivated and stirred up.

The "Left Behind" series do not claim to be a true depiction of what will be happening...but, are meant to be make people THINK about what "could" be possible scenario's using Biblical Scriptures as the foundation to build upon. :)
