To my 3 baby girls who are 3 years, 24 months and 5 months i would say to their face and on video:
"Having you was the best thing that ever happened to me and no matter what trials and tribulations we come across, you are so worth it and i have no regrets.
I love you more than you could ever comprehend and i would go to hell and back without hesitation for you, and even though after this day i will no longer be able to speak, just no that my heart screams love and pride for you. Follow God and listen to him. Seek him in your times of happiness, love, anger, dispair and upset, for he will guide you."
To my husband:
"You have taught me more than anyone could ever teach me, you have taught me patience, kindness and wisdom. You brought me closer to God which i didn't think was possible at one time. You are my world, my true love and my best friend and know that without words from my mouth i will speak to you through my heart, soul, eyes and body"
Oh my gosh, you've got me choked up with tears.
And to my grandparents:
"Without you i would never have been able to overcome my childhood and at times i know i have seemed ungrateful and i'm sorry for those. I have loved you the world over and am eternally grateful for all of your love, support and dedicatrion and honesty. I love you all"

I will tell each and every member of my family how much I love them and how each of them made a difference in my life, then I will ask for forgiveness for anything that I may have said or done which might have caused them pain.

before this, knowing i will lose my power of speech...i will sing all my favourite hymns at the top of my voice without caring about the fact that im tone deaf and that those that love me may think im nutty

I would tell my immediate family that I am truly lucky and grateful to have had them in my life. I would tell them how much I so desperately love them. I would tell them to love and live for God. I would tell them live, love, learn and grow.
