it seems like you have to watch the Busch series these days to see any action. In Nextel Cup, the same guys win every week, there are no crashes - it's like watching a pitcher's duel in baseball.

Hey, take it from a Dale Jr fan...I'm still watching, talk about a bad luck season that has totally sucked, true I don't care for the 2 battling for the Cup, Its Nascar and I'm a fan and I will keep watching.. There have been crashes, but mostly what everyone has seen here since ESPN/ABC coverage has been overkill in commercials, and boring dumb commentators on TV..Thank god for MRN/PRN guys, on Sirus Radio...There has been some great side by side racing, heck I was hoping Kenseth could have pulled it off yesterday..He would definitely look better in that Cowboy hat than Jimmie did...This chase thing (I do hate) but its a close battle should go into Homestead and it will be settled when the checkered flag falls....I know alot of people here on Y/A are tired of the HMS domination, hey when you have the best people,equipment...You Win..

Go Dale Jr & HMS in 2008

You have got to be kidding me,if your watching because you like crashes maybe a good demoliltion derby might suit you.If you think a cup driver (Edwards) running away with the Busch championship while performing only slightly better in the last 15 races then a trained monkey is better then the closet Nextel cup championship race (until yesterday) in Nascar history and it wont be over until Homestead.Did you not see Kennseth hold Johnson off and race side by side for 30 laps, until the final lap?If that bores you, then your right Tom Seaver pitching againest Bob Gibson would have put you to sleep.

I'm hating it when anyone but Jeff Gordon wins. Cause Im a JG fan. If I was a Stewart fan I would hate it because HE is losing. I hate the Chase Format. I hate people who think that Chad and Steve are the only ones pushing the envelope and getting caught. Like JR and some others didnt? I will admit to a fondness for Short tracks this year. Seems like whoever is in front runs away from everyone and it is hard as hell to pass.

I agree with Charles. I don't know how any real NASCAR fan could call this Chase boring. Maybe it's being dominated by two drivers, but it's been anything but boring. And for those complaining that there isn't enough wrecks, that's just stupid. Wrecks do not make a good race. Not to mention, there have been all kinds of wrecks this year.

I agree. I have lost interest in the chase. The busch races and truck races are better. At least it's not the same dull guy winning every week.

I'll say it again- every now and then you have a season like this. I'm not saying you have to like it when the Bulls, the Patriots, and Jimmie Johnson run all over everybody, BUT to quit a sport because of it???
I don't think you're a real fan then.
Petty's 1967 makes this year look like child's play.
Old school fans- did everybody whine like this?

You may not like the 2 teams battling for the championship but it is far from boring. This is one of the closest runs for the cup and it will go down to the last lap at Homestead.

I find it funny how many people claim to be racing or Nascar fans, then complain about racing because there are not enough wrecks, or their one favorite driver isn't winning. Wrecking cars create a problem, they don't always wreck themselves, they wreck others. Then you'll be mad, because your driver was out because of someone else's wreck.

If you hate it so much, give up your tickets, and go watch the stick and ball sports.

I'm a stock car racing fan. If they are on the track, I want to see them race. I'm already getting missing the local racing every Saturday night. If they are racing, I don't care, I will watch it.
