When I was in high school I had my eyebrows tattooed on and they are horrible! I just paid someone $250 today to fix them and they are still horrible! Does anyone know a good tattoo makeup artist? My advice- go to an Asian person, not Caucasian!

Actually, I do quite a bit of correcting Asian work as well - they have a certain style that does not always translate well to permanent cosmetics.
I would say that $250 is certainly on the very low end to be paying for this as well.
Start with www.spcp.org to look for a competent artist - it is best if they have CPCP after their names. Also, no one that I know in this industry would be tattooing a high school student's eyebrows. This is your face and all the precautions should be taken when doing this type of work. It is always important to work very modestly on young people.

Look anything that is tattooed is permanent. I know a girl that went into the Army and had her eyeliner done as a tattoo because the Army basic training didn't allow makeup and it looked great. Just make sure that you are dealing with a great tattoo artist because Sweetheart that is your face and if it gets screwed up..........

I do corrective makeup..U really need 2 find an artist...if U live in AZ I could help U..if not, well...U should make sure that when U consult w/ sum1 that U r both on the same page. most people I know who do permanat make up say they ca not fix them, however, that is why I do it. I went 2 school 2 fix messed up makeup..if they do not understand color correction they can not do it. good luck.

yup, now there is this embriodery eyebrows technic in southeast asia. Its kind of like tattoo the eyebrows in 3D effect, which looks more light. Unlike in the olden days, the tattoo eyebrows were dark in color and harsh looking.

Somehow I don't think I would take advice from someone who would tattoo on eyebrows.
You could try tattooing on pubic hair, I'm sure that too would make you popular with your friends.

I would also go to one that is registered in cosmetology...I have a friend that had hers tattooed on because she doesn't have any and hers looks great!!

Eyebrows are ment to have hair...not ink, that could explain why it looks rediculous.
