Here's a good rule of thumb, Spring Forward, Fall Back.
So that means in the spring you set your clock forward an hour and in the fall you set it back an hour.
Your computer and cellphone should automatically reset, but you can also check the TV Guide channel.

Um...I'm in Mountain time, but my laptop says it's 8:33, but my alarm clock says it's 7:33, so um......it's an hour later, because we lost one hour of sleep, as so my dad tells me so. So I think that means we have on less hour of sunshine, and one more hour of darkness.
So I think it's 7:30 Pacific Time.
