As best answers are often a function of the size and loyalty of fan base rather than how good your answer actually is, your question is a difficult one.

My guess is 42, which of course is the answer to everything, the units of measurement are your choice.

You need to change your strategy. Search for all questions with fewer than say four answers, and answer those, and then vote for your own answers, preferrably with several accounts. Your percentage of best answers will go way up. This is why many of us simply don't care about getting best answers.

157.91 months... really... lol

imacatholic2 has averaged 263.16 best answers per month, yet I never actually see that person answering questions on the board, as well as the questionable 40 percent best answers...

The best answer thing is really not important, it's more about having fun, debating, and sharing info.
