Here are two drinks that I enjoy - non-alcoholic.
1. For the first, fill an ice cube tray with apricot nectar and freeze into cubes. Once it's frozen, flip out of the tray and into a zip lock bag. When ready to use, place those ice cubes in a glass and pour 7-up or Gingerale over them. As the cubes melt, the flavor of the apricot goes throughout the drink. You can also do it with pineapple juice or any other nectar juice.
2. If you have a blender, place ice cubes in the blender 2/3rds full. Add orange juice to the ice cube line. Add some Torani Italian Syrup (preferably Tangarine if you can find it or Vanilla). Add about a half inch of milk or cream. Whip. It will be frothy and needs to be in the glasses and ready to drink quickly. It will try to separate in the glass but it tastes like the little containers of ice cream that are half ice cream and half orange sherbet.
Enjoy!

Fill a tall glass with crushed ice and about five crushed mint leaves (put the mint in below the ice and the ice will stop you getting bits of mint leaf stuck to your teeth / lips when you drink it!) then fill the glass with equall parts pineapple juice, grapefruit juice and either tonic or soda water (depending on preference).
As non-alcoholic cocktails (*) go this is the best I've ever tried, particularly on a hot day.
*If anyone else is reading this and isn't so interested in the non-alcoholic element of the cocktail add gin, vodka and dry vermouth in equall measurements to finish it off properly!
