It's ok to ridicule everything that is ridiculous. Like, bible is the word of god. I'm sorry. I will ridicule this for all my life.

To laugh at a joke.....sure.
To ridicule Christianity........no. It's never okay to ridicule other people....and what is Christianity without Christians? When you ridicule the things of God, you are ridiculing people. Not cool.
I'm not an atheist, but I never ridicule or mock them. It's called having integrity and respect for your fellow man.
Those who do it lack those two qualities.

I am curious as to why you didn't ask
"Is it Ok to laugh at a joke and to ridicule someone's religious beliefs (for the same reason)
By the way you worded your question, you have different standards about ridiculing Jewish, atheists, Buddhist, Pagan beliefs as opposed to ridiculing Christian beliefs.
You tell me if it's OK to ridicule people's religious beliefs in general, and I'll answere your question.

As long as a joke is clean and it doesn't hurt someone, I have no problem with laughing at it.
To ridicule others, despite their religious convictions is wrong. To laugh because you find what someone believes to be strange is ok. as long as it's done in humor: You're not "making fun" of them.

If you want to ridicule Christianity, go ahead. But if you desire to promote peace, understanding, and tolerance among people it's probably not the best route.

If the only way you can feel good about yourself is to ridicule others ..to what you must. I think it would be mentally much more healthy if you found positive ways to cope with life. Volunteer for a charity, take up hobbies, or take lessons of some sort golf, or music or dance. It is unbalanced to become obsessed with ridiculing and hating a group of people.

There are 2 types of humor on this board. One that is put across in a good natured way that I do laugh at (there's a problem with your personality if you can't laugh at yourself)..then there's the type that is put across in hate of something that is different....I sense that your type of humor is the second.

Last Christmas my uncle was complaining about Hormel Ham and Target catering "to the gays" and how people had forgotten the true spirit of Christmas and went on this tirade about the little baby Jesus...
20 minutes later he's telling Racist Jokes... so I called him out on that and asked "would little baby Jesus would laugh at your jokes?" and then asked if he'd already forgotten the so called meaning of Christmas.
Too me, the whole thing was a joke... I always laugh at Christian hypocrisy!

As I was telling an atheist friend on the phone the other night, I am not so out of touch that I cannot see that some of my beliefs must sound ridiculous. The Rapture sounds crazy, yet I believe it will occur.

Laughing isn't bad when it isn't at someone else's expense. You should avoid ridiculing anyone. As Thumper's mom (from Bambi) said 'If you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all.'

your ridicule only helps strengthens anothers belief
christianity isnt a joke..... a persons "faith" is no joking matter. ask the radicals who take not only there own life but also the lives of innocent people to demonstrate their "faith".
u think its ok to taunt someone cos they choose to believe in God so thats why ya do. i wonder how long an atheist would last under torture but i wudnt want to torture one.
