Sense Jesus supposedly rose from the dead in three days, doesn't that mean he really didn't "give his life for us"? Come on, I would give my life up for three days right now for 50 dollars.

I agree with Cheryl

You can easily score $250...

Jesus respawn time should be like in video games... 10 - 15 seconds. That'd really freak out the Romans and the Jews.

dude, didn't we just kill this guy 10 seconds ago...
yeah I know... he just keeps respawning

wait... he's hacking, look at that, god mode!!!

Punk Buster has kicked Jesus for god mode / respawn glitch

Good-sounding question.

Jesus was fully human and did not see all ends in his human life. He asked for another destiny, and even on the cross he called out to God, "...why have you foresaken me!?" The point being that Jesus, in his natural life, did not know what would happen after his death, only that he was to suffer and die for others. Certainly Jesus is not the first human to do so, but I hardly think giving yourself over to turture and execution for others is without real value.

Your life must be pretty sad if you've give up even a day for just 50 dollars.

He took on our sins for three days and went to hell because of them. He died, taking the pain of death, he held the burden of our sins with him, and went to a place were everyone hated him and tormented him for three days....
I'd say he gave his life.

Yes, Jesus was raised from the dead, and He has been faithful to God the Father.
However, He didn't do anything to be crucified but died once for us all.
If we remain faithful to Him, we'll be saved too...

50 bucks? for three days? Maybe your time could be spent more constructively than criticizing what others believe.

JESUS didn't give up his life for us. he died a horrible death to cover the magnitude of our sins. Christians only die a fleshly death. our spirits live on forever. he shed precious blood so that when GOD sees us he sees the blood that his son shed and not our filthy sin. please come back home to us. dad misses you and he loves you. don't let satan have you. much love and best wishes on your journey back home to our faith. dad will be waiting for you with open arms!!!

Have you ever considered the pain, torment and agony He suffered? I don't think you could endure it even for $50.

If I knew I was going straight to heaven, I'd let people kill me, too

He died in the flesh.........and He rose again with a glorified body.

Yes, He did die........but He didn't stay dead. If He did, we would still be dead in our sins
