Okay, you've drawn me in with the Avatar. I'm a Ten Club member, and insane PJ fan.... Also, I'm Christian, just FYI.
To answer the question, I have found three things that have helped me avoid or come out of those low points that I think you are experiencing.
(1) Meditate and soul-search. The quieting of the mind and the parsing out of those things inside of you is essential, I think. very likely there are messages you are telling yourself, expectations you have that are unmet but can be changed, etc. get to know yourself.
(2) Love. I mean this in an active-verb sense. Do good things for other people, the giving not only heals a broken spirit directly, but the supportive relationships you will be working on provide the context for your sould the way rich soil provides teh context for a plant's roots.
(3) Create. There is music in you, something unique to you that can contribute to the world. Whether it be music, painting, drawing, coloring, scrapbooking, sending cards, photopgraphy, writing, or whatever all people need some creative outlet for their passion.
Incidentally, a playlist for healing thyself via PJ:
Black
I Am Mine
Tremor Christ
Crazy Mary
In Hiding
Breakerfall
Love Boat Captain
Given to Fly
Smile
Good luck!

I withdraw from those that assisted in the draining... kids, work, hubby, etc... mostly a mental withdrawl - because physical isn't always possible...and really take time to re-focus on me. If I'm drained, I can't take care of anyone else anyway. I read things that I find inspirational, express my creativity in different ways - painting, sewing, etc... spend time alone reflecting on the things I don't really want to see...and brainstorm ways to change the parts of my life that aren't working...
Sometimes, and this is gonna sound stupid, I go to my room and scream and cry into a pillow until I get it all out... for somereason, I'm motivated then to change the things that aren't working
Mostly though, it's inner reflection and deciding to make the changes in my life that I've been putting off....

The best thing for me when I'm like that is to isolate myself for a period of time. Exercise, prayer, meditation, reading, piano, taking my dog for a hike...then after I feel refreshed by myself, call the girls and hit the town. After a few cosmos and a couple hours of goofing off (and who knows, maybe some great conversation) I feel 100% better. I tend to avoid men at all costs when like that, because they're usually the cause of the problem.

Comedy always helps... go see Bee Movie!
Get out in nature, although it may start getting cold, there's still a lot to be seen with the changing of the leaves. Go to a zoo or animal habitat. Watch those videos of the red pandas kissing, or the otters swimming around holding hands.
Find a hobby... for instance, when I am feeling down and out, I will look at Flickr for inspiration, then go grab my camera and see if I can get some good shots.

i spotted that noone positioned the plain.....GOD. God will in no way provide you greater desirable than you are able to cope with even nevertheless now and lower back you swear you are able to no longer bare the failings which you're dealing with. no remember how lonely you experience, God is often with you. despite the fact that has broken your spirit replaced into terrible, i'm effective, despite the fact that it gets greater appropriate slightly tiny bit on a daily basis so do no longer lose desire.

Count your blessings during these times - there's always a few positives in your life, if only that you are breathing. When you make yourself "Feel" positive, your mood will improve.
Raising the spirits of another works too.

I pray to GOD and GIVE HIM thanks for the good and the bad in MY LIFE, I ask Him for guidance in releasing the pain and in helping me in taking action to correct what is bothering my soul. I then PUBLICLY GIVE God the Glory and recruit others TO HIS harvest~
for NON Christians... Think of it like this:
My particular gift is in STEPPING out to take it on the chin by TELLING GODS plan to all. A gift of having been on the recieving end of trauma with OUT HAVING said ANYTHING about GOD... gives me an understanding of HUMAN pain, of suffering by ALL and any that with life was better. What I and other mature Christians "know" is an understanding of what others call coincidences...we see as OUR clue/hint or BONK on the head to take action. I do NOT want my posts to be taken as pompous... I just do NOT know HOW to make YOU or other doubters"know" what WE see.
Let me try it this way.
It is similar to being told WHAT THE winning lottery ticket numbers were going to be, a week or even a day in advance. TAKING the chance that the INFORMATION is T R U E~ THEN BUYING a ticket.
THEN , doubting that LIFE could be SOOOOO generous, but BUYING another ticket anyways.... THEN GIVING ALLLLLLLL: YOUR capable of and BUYING ALL THE TICKETS!
Then dear one, YOU BELIEVE because YOU HAVE NOOOOO CHOICE! SO, YOU/ WE share the WEALTH WITH EVERY ONE we meet. BECAUSE IT FEELS right.
THEN because we are part of PLAN we get and atre reminded of the MANY REWARDS WE have already AND THEY ARE mUlTiPlIeD beyond belief again! SO....
we keep living better, NOT FOR OURSELVES but out OF PUUUUUURE JOY that WE have HELPED bring others UP>
(c: IN Jesus PRECIOUS name I know that this person WILL resist THIS post a bit, THEY wILLLL have fear and anger at MY boldness, BUT THIS DEAR GOD is WHAT you will have Christians POST and DO for YOU. We GIVE GOD the GLORY, and tell THESE readers THAT the opposition WILL bonk them with misery while they see the NEW way of speaking that YOU give them. I vow DEAR GOD to GIVE YOU the GLORY for what YOU put on my heart to share this morning and I GIVE Thanks for the "coincidences" that PLACE ME IN YOUR SERVICE>\Amen
