I'm looking for a really good yoga routine on DVD. I would say that I'm on an intermediate level right now as far as skill is concerned. If possible, I'd like one that is about 45 minutes to an hour long. Have any of you come across a good one that you recommend?
Thanks much! :>)

I can't think of any specific DVDs but I can tell you about reputable instructors (they've all got good DVDs so take your choice!)

I like: Rodney Yee, Mark Blanchard, Seane Corn, Bryan Kest, Beryl Bender Birch, Baron Baptiste, John Friend, and Nicki Doane.

Good luck finding one!
