its just simply talking to her in private, then for best result bring some flowers or even teddy bears will do or any other that makes your girl happy...just tell her what is true and don't make any promises just say " i will do my best to..." because you might break any promises you did...and don't let shame overcome you it might lose your confidence...and most of all pray for better result...
