my boyfriend has stolen my phone and i ned it as im pregnant and can have problems at any point!!! he knows this. he said dont contact him after we argued and just relisededd he meant he had took my phone!!

About the only thing you can do aside from getting the phone back is call your service provider and have the phone service temporarily suspended immediately. They will stop all calls made from the phone. Then go buy another phone and have the service transferred to the new phone. Just get a cheap $25 phone and call your provider with the #'s on the back of the phone or SIM card.
Remember even phones that do not have service can be used for 911 calls.
If your boyfriend is the father of your baby then start proceedings to get child support payments and establish his paternal responsibility. You can garnish his wages for 18 years.

Ask the service provider too put a red flag on your account it will temporarily suspend your service once you retrieve it again you can get the service put back on. ALso in case of emegergencies ask your neighbors to borrow their phone. Or have a land line turned on. I have been through all of this before please under no circumstances take him back he will just get worse.

Have the phone BLOCKED so he cannot use it. He will probably throw it away but you can file on the insurance and get another one. Next time BLOCK the boyfriend back into your life. He is self centered and you don't need that.

Call the cops and report it for heaven's sake. He took it without your permission..the phone is stolen property.

Do you have insurance on the phone? Is it in your name? If yes to both of those then call your provider, they can help you. If it's in your name with no insurance call the police. He stole it. If it's in his name he has every right to take it. Go & get yourself a cheap prepaid one at walmart.

there is not much i can do to help. will he be back?? if so when he is tell him you need it back. if not contact your service provider and tell them your phone has been stolen and you need it cut off.
