ok usa ebay is where only people from usa can buy and sell.
And internationl ebay is where people from all over the world can buy and sell.

International is Ebay members selling there wears from around the world, U.S. Ebay is members just from inside the United States .

I think international ebay deals with products from the whole world and US ebay deals with products here in the States.
