Yes = had a friend who crushed a disc in his back .. it took them 3 years to agree to Pension him off ..

You must be permanently disabled i.e. have NO prospect of EVER working again ...

The Company employed Consultants and paid for MRI scans etc . before agreeing with his own Doctor
