Its the BM-21 Grad rocket launcher, a modern Russian version of the old Katusha truck mounted rocket launcher from WW2.
Sure it can fire a lot of rockets but they are basically unguided and cannot be targeted with any pin-point accuracy, the Russian doctrine is to use massed amounts of these trucks.
But in reality if your enemy has good air-support plus long range artillery and counter-battery fire procedures using their own guided rocket systems this is no big deal.
And even a .22 is dangerous in the WRONG hands!!!

It's a rather old mobile rocket launcher, ever see the American version of this ? Much better, and they can put it in your back pocket too, U.S. Aircraft would turn that thing into a huge hunk of burning metal in about 1/2 the time it would take that antique to find the buttons !

120mm ballistic rockets ,very common in eastern europe and China.
Not real accurate,it's an area fire weapon.
Damage radius depends on the warhead.
It will scare the sh++ out of you.
