Ok I do nothign to provoke him but like he will be playing with my neck (such as sqeezing that hell tender bit that makes u go all goose bumpy) and then all of a sudden he will either spank my *** really quickly or pinch it?
He does it when we are alone and also when there are other members of my family around (such as my cousin...he is soo hot drool lol)
anyway do you think it is his playful thing or sexual assult?

depends on your age, if you are under 16 then it is definitely a police matter, if you are over 16, you need to confront him, tell him if he does it once again it will be a police matter unless you are provoking him, then if you are and don't like it, keep your distance, in reality I would call it sexual assult, nobody has the right to touch you anywhere without your consent, if you haven't consented then it is sexual assult

I think you shoulkd tell him to back off and tell you rmother and let her help you deal with him.
He is way past what a normal uncle would do. ( I am an uncle 5 times and would not dream of doing anything like this)

First of all, stop punching him. Sounds like you are starting this.
If his behavior continues and you haven't provoked it, then you need to speak to someone who can help you get this stopped. Neither of you are behaving in an appropriate manner.

Sexual assault. Your uncle is a perv. You don't need to do anything to provoke him; what you do need to do is avoid him entirely and tell your mom. He should never touch you for any reason whatsoever.
