Because he is in Pakistan and we cant go after him there without upsetting the delicate balance there.
We defiantly don't want the current president overthrown and taken over by radicals as they are a nuclear country.

because the whole looking for Osama thing is a lie. Osama Bin laden, was Trained by CIA to bring back information for them, George bushs' father and Osama Bin Ladens' father own a company together and have been old friends. the whole looking for Osama thing was an excuse for the US to enter afghanistan and then Iraq. soon they'll say he's in Iran and make their move to take over Iran as well. the US government has a plan to take over all the middle eastern countries one by one, so they can put whoever they want in charge and reep the benefits off the Oil.
if you've seen the Michael Moore documentary on 911, you know what i'm talking about.
