First off, ignore the previous people who told you to:
a) buy a home-kit to fill it yourself
b) take ibuprofen
Both of those are very poor pieces of advice. A filling is a relatively inexpensive procedure, particularly if you go to a dental school or a community health center. If the tooth becomes infected (which it likely will if you follow the aforementioned poor advice), it can lead to other oral health problems which, in turn, can lead to general health problems.
My 3 pieces of advice:
1. Get to a dentist
2. Get to a dentist
3. Get to a dentist

Anbesol - you can get this from the chemist - but seriously you need to see a dentist. If you can't afford to go then try using the local training hospital for treatment - it's free because the dentists are training. This is if you're in the UK!
There are centres all over the country but I'm not sure where you're based.
For example: if you're in Oxford then try...

If you're in Leeds then try...

Do a google search for the dentist training centre near you. They always need willing people to work on!
Good luck!

1. Go to the dentist and have them fill it.
2. Put Anbesol to numb the pain.
3. Take any pain medicine.

I vote for #1

Good Luck

If you can afford Internet, you can afford fix a hole in your thoot. sorry.
A tooth will not regenerate itself, you have no choice then to fix it, or it will get worse and even more expencive.
Fix it until the problem is small and "cheap"
