Haven't you tried fried chilli, sour & sour, black pepper crabs before? Or are there other ways of cooking crabs which makes them taste even better?

Yum. Which country do you live in?? I live in singapore, and i usually eat chilli crabs/pepper crabs when we have renuion dinner, or some relative's birthday or other special occasions. They taste yummy, and as the aspect of making them taste better, well, for the chill crab gravy, try cracking some eggs into it. It will help in the taste. Also, i'm not sure whether you've heard of this fried bun before, but it's called Man Tou. Really crispy, served when hot, and goes pretty well with the chilli crab gravy. :D

Ingredients
2 Live Crab from
2 Red hot chilli
1Green pepper
1 Onion
2 teaspoons of Gold Plum Chopped Garlic
2 teaspoon of Companion Sweet Black Bean Paste
Seasonings:
1 teaspoon of Salt
Half teaspoon of Pepper
1 teaspoon of Cornstarch
Sauces:
· 1 teaspoon of sugar
· 1 teaspoon of Gold Plum Superior Light Soy Sauce
· 1 teaspoon of Gold Plum Superior Dark Soy Sauce
· Half teaspoon of Gold Plum Pure Sesame Oil
· Half cup of water
Method:
Clean the crab thoroughly and cut into pieces. Mix with seasoning.
Chop vegetables and chilli
Rinse preserved black beans and ginger and mix with garlic flakes.
Heat oil in wok, coat crab pieces lightly with cornstarch. Fry until the crab change into golden colour. Remove and save for later use.
Heat oil in wok. Add garlic and black beans for 2 minutes. Add crab to wok and fry with all ingredients. Pour in sauce until boils.

Steam them nothing is better than the natural taste of crabs mmm, i usually eat mud crabs though.

steam them or roast them and add a delicious peppery sauce such as peppercream sauce or white sauce
