Joico K-Pak conditioner = the best for dry, damaged hair. It can be used daily or as a deep treatment mask.

I also like to use a drop of jojoba oil as a leave in conditioner. It adds a bit of sheen, washes out easily & doesn't clog pores.

Try using a Hot Oil conditioner treatment you find in grocery stores. They are normally next to the shampoos and hair care items. They are fairly cheap, maybe 10-20 bucks at the most.

Also try using leave in spray conditioners. It might take a while to get your hair back to normal, but just keep conditioning it.

An extreme thing to do if you have the time is to mix 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of your normal conditioner and apply to damp hair. Place a shower cap over your hair and the mixture and let sit for 30-45 min. Then wash and condition like normal.
