I like all of those too. I'd have to say, though, that Deep Space Nine had the best space battles. There were sometimes hundreds of ships in their scenes and lots of stuff blowing up. In a few episodes they even dealt with some ground battles and how crash survivors managed to evade capture. I thought one episode was really great where they were trapped on a planet waiting for rescue with encroaching Dominion troops. It seemed reminiscent and respectful of WW2 battles in the trenches.

Hmm, Star Wars Episode 3 battle over Coruscant or maybe the one in Stargate Atlantis season one the siege. Puddlejumpers rock!

It would definitely be when Mr Spock of the original Star Trek was in Pon Farr, or the mating urge, and he wound up fighting Captain Kirk, to the death, which Kirk was unaware of when the fight started.
This scene was immortalized by Jim Carrey and Matthew Broderick in the "Cable Guy" movie, in which they fought in front of the audience of a medieval themed restaurant with armor and clubs, etc.
