Hi there let me try.
There are many, many jobs that a person with a bachelor's degree in bus. mgmt or admin can be qualified to do. This is partially because both of those degrees are very broad based. Check with a local college's career center to see if they can give you a list from one of their software programs (ie DISCOVER, SIGI Plus) of all of the possible occupations. The most important things are good interview skills and a great cover letter/resume/thank you letter. I found www.tulsacc.edu on the internet and called their career department, they were very helpful even though I wasn't a student there.

Take Care

It all depends upon what your B.A. is in. The only real difference between a B.A. and a B.S. is the number of classes taken in areas outside your major.

A B.A. offers a "broader" education, but as far as the major goes, they're equal.

For instance, I could have gotten my undergraduate degree in Economics from the College of Business or the College of Liberal Arts. I chose the liberal arts route and earned a B.A. instead of a B.S.

Took the same business classes, but I was also able to add more things outside it like anatomy and physiology, sociology, psychology, philosophy, etc.

And I can tell you that I didn't have any trouble finding work, so a B.A. degree is valuable. As for which jobs you can get, that depends on what it's in. What a history major would go for is quite different that what a psychology major would do.
