Hang out with your girlfriends, do your usually hobbies and things you love to get it off your mind. I usually go to the gym, work out, play basketball and it really is a stress reliever. Try exercising and go to your friends, their company is the best!

Just take the time to analyze what happened so you can learn from it so you might be able to avoid having it happen again.
Then:
Think about other things. Do other things. Stay active, spend time with people.
If you find yourself dwelling on the situation, just remind yourself to think about something else. Keep doing that over and over, as often and for as long as you need to.

i felt the same way back in 98. my babysitter was his best friends wife and she also baked cakes for weddings. on the day of his wedding to his new wife (about a year after i got dumped) she had no way to get the cake to the wedding. becouse i am a christian i drove her and the cake to the wedding and helped set the whole thing up on the table at the reception.......now. tell me if that wasnt the big move on....

take your step bit by bit.. take your time, but keep moving... try not to remember anything that can make you remember him.. if too hard.. change your environment.. move to other place may help
