If I knew what an ISP was or even Qwest I would respond with a decent or at least the facsimile of a decent answer. As it is I am left with only a not so sly retort.

Ok this is just a wild guess... Qwest recently had a chance to piss you off, and they grabbed and ran with it -- am I right? Was it their know-nothing sales and support people, their insanely quirky policy, or their outrageous prices?
About 8 or so years ago, just about every member of their sales force [that I saw] was a total babe, sizzling hot -- it was easy to tell men selling Qwest to shove off, but much harder to say no to "the twins" (Those bouncing DD cups full of technology, in an endless struggle against the inside of her tight sweater.)
I've since heard that was just a flash in the pan... leaving me to wonder how they ever sell anything.

What? Don't make me laugh. Man created Qwest. So obviously it would take another man to make something less decent than Qwest.
