Your question needs to be rephrased as: "What different names of bacteria in the intestines can produce Vitamin K?"

Vitamin K does not produce bacteria but rather the reverse - bacteria that normally reside in the intestine can synthesize and produce vitamin K (Vitamin K2 or menaquinone).

Escherichia coli found in large intestine plays a major role on that function. Other bacteria found in normal flora of the intestines include: Bacteroides, anaerobic Streptococci, Bifidobacterium, Peptostreptococcus, Clostridium, and many other micro flora which includes over 400 bacterial species.

Many bacteria, such as Escherichia coli found in the large intestine, can synthesize Vitamin K2 (menaquinone).

Sorry I cannot find all their names, but lots of them do it.
