The citizenship oath is offered in many cities in the US.

Once you are granted of the US Citizenship after the interview, you will get a notice about the Oath ceremony when and where to go. If you cannot make the designated time, you need to notify the USCIS local office to reschedule.

No, it has to be a Federal Courthouse.
It can be in any city in the US.
The oath can also be given in a USCIS administrative office.

There are sites throughout the country. Of course, there are more in states that have more immigrants.
