No my precious. You can't die from a broken heart. It took you what (a little over a year I think) to fall head over heels for him . . . . he was a huge part of your life. It's gonna take some time to get over him. I promise you will. **hugs you tight and slaps your bottom** Now get right back out there. True love is waiting for you. ♥

No because I would've been dead many times over. I never get the girl... Also, if anything ever starts to happen, (phone calls, texts, etc.) and she ends up with another guy (has always happened so far), I always feel like that's the farthest I'll ever get, and never know if there will be anything ahead. So, if there is anyone consumed by a broken heart, it would be me, and so far I haven't thought "it's over" over one girl. I've moved on somehow (but I'm not sure how). I guess it's automatic.

Yes. Tremendous stress, caused by sadness , can weaken the immune system and cause heart failure. This is especially true of people who have been married 50, 60, 70 years and then lose a spouse.

I think it depends on the situation. For a young couple, I do not believe so. An older couple who are both weak, I could see it happening.

My aunt had 2 dogs, they were siblings for like 13ish years or something crazy. They died the same day from age. So I wouldn't rule it out.

Not a broken heart, just the intense sadness that follows.

Ok, not trying to be Mr. pessimist guy but, you can't break your heart. Your heart is a muscle. You can tear or pull it, but not break. You can go into a sever sadness depression and maybe die, but short answer is no ma'am.
