amen to that.
I really have no answer, because the only answer that makes sense to me would be that there is no God.
But its a good question.

I think its because its all BS I have been alive for 50 years and never heard him speak to me although I have studied and reached out to him. I find it very funny that many say Oh he has he was Jesus he speaks to me he speaks to the pastor he speaks to the faithful and yet I have found so many like me that have NEVER heard him, those of you saying well he doesn't speak to you because he doesn't exist in that form or we are not high enough to hear him or see him as a visual or physical person, that's BS if he was all powerful all knowing and all about us and we were made in his image he would know exactly how to reach us, speak right to our brains right to our hearts through emotion. It is said ask and you shall receive yet many have asked and never receive the children suffer at the hands of terrible people and he sits idle by and allows it to happen that's right allows if he was there and he was all powerful he could and would stop it I would if I was God and all powerful and all loving and knowing. Yet I am suppose to believe that if I ask or I should say pray to him about my stupid silly little BS problems he cares and will help me yet he hasn't and he hasn't stop the evil in the world he hasn't heard the children's cries and done crap about it. Plus the Bible says the world is 2,500 years old or so yet we have science that put the earth at billions of years old. Please get a clue you are a product of Father universe and Mother Nature! Its not a bad thing you can still be a good person that does right because it is the right thing to do NOT because you fear a God or Hell!

Why has God never revealed himself in a physical way? Aren't you really just asking why God won't act human? I'm not toeing some doctrinal party line--I'm a theist, but a very unconventional one. Still, to ask God to appear physically may be like demanding that a geranium write poetry--it's not within the nature of the species.
By the time I am finished typing this, I am sure that many will have already told you that God did appear 2000 years ago in physical form. Given the vibe of your question, I doubt this will be satisfying to you.
Peace.

God did reveal Himself, through His Son Jesus= to not only help the world understand His cause, but to prove His love fore us. There could not be a more beautiful physical way- He hung on the cross and shed His blood. Never ever? Read your bible and believe!!

Abraham worshiped the one true God. And from him have come 3 different religions that powerfully influence the world today. They are Judaism, Islam, and Christianity.
I'd say 95% of them are not extremists in any way. And are very moderate in their beliefs. They worship God first and foremost. Then they love and treat theire neighbor as themselves. And they do good to others as they would ant good done for them.
In physcial ways their evidence is seen in the synagoges, the mosques, and the church bildings. But more influencial then the church buildings are the people themselves. They bring a spiritual awareness that is not tied to man's finite understanding of the world. They are open to sharing the love of God to thier fellow man because God's love is in their hearts.
That should be physical proof, other than their books, the Torah, the Quaran, and the Bible.
Other physical proofs are found in world hiostory and museausm all around the world, that affirm Bible archaeology.
Personally I don't need all thta evidence to know God is real. I know because he lives within in my heart.

He has revealed his self many times in the past and even now he has told us what to do to make things better for everyone except we do not understand him because most people are more concerned about just getting things they need for them selves, what is really scary is a lot of things written in the old testament are starting to happen and were just now starting to understand what was written long ago and do not think of GOD as just a man he she is spirit

I thought Jesus was God's son. So how can Jesus and God be the same thing? Personally God could be made up. People long long ago prayed or had some ritualistic thing and as the years went by, their meanings changed and we got "A God". I think it's stupid to believe in ONE God. There is no proof that there is one god- people follow a book that they have no idea who wrote it. The bible has so many versions today that it's sick to put faith into one specific thing.

Let me preface this by saying I am agnostic. I do however study Christianity.
God reveled himself in the old Testament. After the comming of Jesus there was a new covenant.
In most Christian beliefs, this was the last word of GOD.
The Mormons believe there was another word of GOD given.

He has revealed himself in the person of Jesus. We find in
Heb 1:3
Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had * by himself purged * our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high;
The word image in this verse is the greek word carakthvr(pronounced khar-ak-tare' ) which mean the exact expression or image of a person or thing. Jesus also said, he who hath seen me hath seen the father, also I and the father are one. Both were his claim to who he was and that was God in the flesh.

"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and THE WORD WAS GOD. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men. And THE WORD WAS MADE FLESH, AND DWELT AMONG US, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth."
