Lets see, I'm a Christian. I would say that the same God is worshipped between Jews Christians and Muslims other than that there is Hinduism so I could be reincarnated- awesome. Or I could just disappear like atheist think they will but even if that were the case, I'd rather believe in something than nothing at all.

Don't really have an option at that point do I? I either believed the "right" religion in this earthly life...or I am condemned to whatever eternal wasteland that the "right" religion follows.

Myself...I would probably conform right then and there...if given the choice....but I am a very weak soul given to wishy-washy whims, and my conformity wouldn't mean that much.

There is no such thing as realizing after you are dead..... why don't you try to realize now alive? If religion or any belief, after death that's it, your only chance to change your mind is when you are alive not to worry now what is gonna happen when you die.

Is just as trying to change your past... the past is gone, as well as when somebody dies there's nothing else to do about it. The good and the bad they have done will have their consequences.

Have a good life!

That is exactly what is going to happen to most of us anyway. We are judged by an informed conscience just like everyone else. God will judge us by that yardstick. Do unto others as you would they do unto you is a universal religion.

well There's not much I would do! I will have to pay the consequences! If Hell is Real and I did not believe in Christ I will surely be sorry, I will have to suffer eternally if this were the case!

Well, Christians had life death experience, and some experienced life in HEAVEN. Some people had a life-death experience and experienced life in HELL. The people who experienced hell often come back asking for water. Because there is no water or air in hell... You are tormented for eternity in hell.

When I am wrong I admit I am wrong and take the penalty.. Why would that change simply because I died and found out I was wrong?

I have faith in Jesus Christ.

Hebrews 11:1 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

I believe the Bible and what God says in it. If asked why I should be allowed to go into heaven, I would say because Jesus Christ died in my place on the Cross and through His death and resurrection, my sins were washed away by His shed blood.

If that doesn't work, then the Bible is false and the Word of God is of no value and you're at the mercy of whatever is in charge.

But I believe that God values his WORD above his very name, therefore, my eternity is secure.

Psalms 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

But I guess judging from the votes I got so far, I'm virtually alone in my thinking.

I will take that chance and if wrong pay the price. That's called faith. You probably don't understand that concept either.

I seriously doubt that I'll be having any eye-opening realizations after I'm dead!
