well if youre son is that young you must obviously be paying child support. contact law enforcement. they can trace where the child support payments are being cashed. but really you should have contacted law enforcement the first day youre child wasnt available.

Start with the police? If he has your last name, check with the vital records check to see you he really has your last name or the name you guys chose. Google the mothers name, search for her on myspace, check yahoo search engine for her name. It is a tedious task but if you know the Mom's name or the names of anybody she knows, try the Internet and every social society online and just keep looking. If you feel she has kidnapped him, the police may be able to help you. Check with children services and let them know what happened. Is she at risk of losing the child, like was she a good mother. Why did she run off with the child? This may give you some leads also.
My prayers are with you, the baby and the mother for the most positive outcome.
God Bless and God Speed!

Call the police and report your son missing ASAP. Sadly I went to high school in San Jose,Ca with a dad Oscar Jimenez who just found out his son died at the hands of a brutal man who beat him to death. The boy was just 6 years old and the mother just stood there because she was too scared to do anything. File a missing person's report with the district attorney. Not that this is what happened to your son, but you need to see him and know that he's okay. Good Luck

Why do you not have her parents number in case of emergency? Do you at least have her previous number and previous address? What about her place of employment? Have you even see your son since his birth? I noticed you said you have not heard from the mother in three months NOT that you haven't seen your son on three months. I would never have a problem like this. I would have back up numbers on everyone.

Hire a P.I. to track her down. Do you have her social security number? If so have the PI do a check to see if he can locate her through DSHS (If she is on welfare) or working somewhere. If she has a restraining order on you for some reason you are just SOL because you will not be able to have contact if you are a threat to her or your son. If this is the case you need to change your behavior and prove to the court that you have changed.

In my opinion I would get a lawyer. Also if possible find out the last place she worked, if you ever had her social security # you could track her down where ever she moved, get a picture of her and your son and give it to the police. Is there a court order for visitation? If not get one via lawyer. If you cant afford a lawyer try Legal aid in the state that you live. Good luck too you.

That is sad, I think I would contact the Soical services at that age he would have to have apointments for injections and stuff or you could contact the hospitals if such a person has checked in but if she has changed her name and moved to a differant town other than hireing a PI I couldn't think of anything, I wish you all the best and hope it works out for you, best wishies Ray

find out from her parents, or her family members. Contact the police from where she last was and file a missing person's report. They may question why you waited so long (3 months). If you have her Social Security number, they can see if she's working or filing for welfare.

go online and pay for a people finding service. you usually have results within 24-48 hours. or go the poor mans route. go to www.google.com and type in reverse look up or people look up and click on the links and then type in the moms name or any family you know of and see if you can find anything

I wouldn't be asking strangers on blob.
I'd be scanning the country side.
You must be upset and can't think clear.
Contact the cops and her family. Post
missing signs, do what you have to do.
Pray, do something besides blobing.
This is serious, I'd be out of my mind.
So maybe your are and need proffessional help bad.
