If God is the judge and we are supposed to have free will why do believers judge since they are sinners too?

Yeah Christians do this all the time though. They keep trying to influence legislation to prevent other people from doing what they want to do. Even if these activitys aren't directly affecting them. Which is a form of judgement.

Why would god care how fast you were going unless there was a law in the first place? The person who said that Jesus destroys your sinning nature probably means that Jesus gives you a reason not to sin. Sinning nature is human nature.

The part that people get upset about is when you tell them what sin is. Your job is to tell them about Christ not about morals. No matter what you will always sin until the day you die so mentioning sins to people will only make them look at your life. Your job is to introduce them to Jesus and let them figure out for themselves what God is unless they ask for your INTERPRETATION of the Bible. Your view is not a fact.

Every one judges because they do have free will. It will only affect you if you are wrong or if your opinion is contrary to the teachings.

Judging an act to be sinful and judging a person are two totally different things. The Bible is clear on what is and isn't sinful. Therefore to quote or paraphrase that isn't judging. The judging that Jesus warns of is judging a person's HEART. That is, to judge the person's heart condition (whether or not the person is saved --- only God knows that), to judge a person's motives (again, only the person and God know that) and to judge something that the Bible doesn't say is sinful about (example: judging someone for drinking, when the Bible says that DRUNKENESS is wrong, but not drinking).

If the Bible says, "Thou shalt not kill" and I tell you, "The Bible says thou shalt not kill. So in killing that man, you broke one of the ten commandments." that isn't judging. That's just stating a fact. If I said, "The Bible says thou shalt not kill. Since you did, you aren't a Christian. (Or: I'm a better person than you.)" now THAT would be judging. Does that make more sense? :)

Ah, so how would you explain the chapters in the bible of 1st and 2nd Corinthians ?
The problem with todays society is that people just don't like that word..."SIN". Oh, its just a white lie.....or perhaps all the lies that we have seen coming from the Senate floor ...as our polititions slander people's names, or try to get America's support against this measure, or for this bill or to pass that law. American's enjoy a rather cushy life style compared with alot of the world, and while we are on the go, drinking our starbucks latte we don't want to admit that we are wrong, we don't want to admit that we are sinning.
I'm talking of course as a society that isn't to include the true devote Christians, but society once in a while needs to be reminded, it doesn't matter about your circumstances, or your personal reasons, sin...is sin. Seems simple enough to say, but I'm sure there's many people out there that have fallen into routines and ways of doing things...expecially when its convenient for them but their actions are sin. The worse thing the church knows about this is that if you do things long enough, you become comfortable with it, and if your comfortable with it, you will make it routine. Sin should not be routine. Living a lifestyle of sin could potentially make you lose your immortal soul. So, what harm does a casual reminder do ? See, we aren't suppose to be comparing ourselves to our neighbore..who might hate the world, or kick puppies or cheat on taxes. You might be better than him spiritually, but he isn't who your in a race with to get to heaven, it is your life as compared to what the bible says you should be like. And the example given is Jesus.
I always fail to see why people that don't believe can't just go on their merry way and take it all in stride. No one's forcing you to believe. But they do stifle the Christian crowd from spreading the word or even their opinions with some decry about shoving religion down their throats. No one's shoving anything. you either believe or you don't, and you have every right to go to hell in the eye's of a christian because they are only the messangers. No one said they had to accept the message, but they have no right to shut the christian crowd up either.

Because God establishes a standard and we must attempt to live up to it. "Free will" is an illusion many cling to to justify inappropriate actions. I have the free will to say something offensive to others but that does not mean I should. As to your question: how can you judge the sin of another and yet question Christians on their opinion? Just because you say something is not sin does not make your opinion about it correct.

Jesus comes to live in our hearts and He destroys our sin nature. We no longer live under the law but under grace. Understand? I no longer speed in the car, not because of the law, because of getting a ticket, but because the Lord does not like it. The law no longer has to force us to obey. The law is for sinners, not the righteous in Christ. Accept Jesus today.

Read the 10 commandments. That is where information is found as to what is sinful. Why should a person call what is wrong, right? A Christian knows he/she is a sinner. Christian confess his/her sin to God and seeks forgiveness. It's admittance-not approval.

No, Christians won't be able to easily hear God's voice. lots of the Christians i be responsive to do no longer even declare to hearken to his voice, they simply declare that God exhibits them issues and solutions their prayers by using different techniques. Like by receiving their solutions from a guy or woman or a billboard as quickly as they prayed to God. those that renowned that little voice of their heads finally end up like Charles Manson.

I agree. sin is sin and only God has the right to decide which is worse. Anyone who claims to be able to decide which sin will make you go to hell, WILL be judged for their own sins. No one is perfect and no one is sinless.

I believe it is the nature of man to judge another. It may not be right, but we are imperfect human ceatures.
